Can Eva book by units, syringes, and package bundles?
Yes. You configure your service menu in Cadence (or paste it once and Maya parses it) — Eva knows that 'a syringe of Juvederm' is 30 minutes with the injector and that 'CoolSculpting on chin and jawline' is two areas back-to-back.
Does Cadence handle our deposit policy?
Yes. You set the threshold (e.g. deposit required on all appointments over $300, or only first-visit). Mia sends the Stripe link inline with the booking confirmation; Eva won't promise the slot until the deposit lands.
What about HIPAA — we do medical procedures.
We sign a Business Associate Agreement before processing any PHI. AES-256-GCM encrypts patient identifiers; every AI tool call is audit-logged. PHI features unlock after a signed BAA.
Will it integrate with Mindbody / Boulevard / Vagaro?
Mindbody two-way sync ships in Practice. Boulevard and Vagaro are on the roadmap — most PMS integrations take 2 weeks once a customer requests them.
