Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Cadence Agents ("Service"). By signing up, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your practice.
Service
We provide a multi-tenant SaaS platform with AI agents (Greet, Confirm, Recall, Insight, Bill, Coach) that handle inbound and outbound communication for healthcare practices. Service availability target: 99.9% monthly uptime.
Subscription & billing
- Free 14-day trial. No card required.
- Plans billed monthly via Stripe; cancel anytime, prorated to the day.
- AI minute and SMS overage billed at cost (no markup) at end of cycle.
Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to transmit unlawful content, harass patients, evade TCPA / HIPAA / state privacy law, or compete with Cadence. You will obtain consent from patients to record calls where required by law (we make this easy in onboarding).
Customer data
You own all data you bring to or generate inside the Service. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service. We are a HIPAA Business Associate; the BAA controls in any conflict.
Termination
You can terminate at any time via Coach or by email. We can terminate for material breach with 30 days notice (immediate for fraud or abuse). Upon termination we export your data on request and delete it within 60 days.
Liability
Service provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
Delaware, USA. Disputes via binding arbitration except for IP claims.
